My staff! I love watching people grow by providing them a safe and happy working environment where they are appreciate for their ideas, hard work, and dedication.

Who is your biggest Hero? Why?

My son. Thanks to him we are a proud Navy family. He's currently serving as an Airman and stationed at a helicopter squadron in Norfolk, VA.

My Dad - Hes someone I can always trust to be there. He’s incredibly smart and I aspire to have his judgment, his composure and to be the model to my children that he has been to me.
